Known for his expertise in authentic Indonesian Cuisine, Chef Fikree has lent his visionary touch to create a menu that celebrates Indonesian heritage's rich and diverse flavors while our Head chef of Table Talk Chef Ahmad Mahamod, and his talented team bring their expertise to the forefront, showcasing the signatures of Malaysia. Together, they have designed a menu that celebrates Malaysian and Indonesian cuisine. Best of both worlds brought together!
Authentic Indonesian Signatures
Under Chef Fikree's expertise, the Taste of Indonesia section showcases beloved dishes such as Ayam Bekaka, Nasi Kambing, Daging Rendang Minang, Soto Betawi, and Indo-Mee Goreng, offering guests a true taste of Indonesia’s culinary heritage. An extensive Sambal Tradisi selection, including Sambal Terasi, Sambal Tempoyak, and Sambal Colo Colo, adds a fiery kick to every bite.

The menu boasts an enticing selection of starters, at the Kerabu Corner features delights such as Kerabu Mangga, Kerabu Daging, Acar Buah, and Gado-Gado, providing the perfect start to a memorable dining experience. Guests can also enjoy an array of local pickles, crunchy snacks, and flavorful accompaniments, including Ikan Gelama Masin, Paru Goreng Berlada, and Telur Asin.
For lovers of fresh greens, the Ulam-Ulaman Desa and Salad stations offer a mix of local herbs and crisp vegetables, perfectly paired with various dressings. Seafood aficionados can relish in the From the Blue Ocean selection, featuring Smoked Salmon and Seafood on Ice with zesty condiments.
A hearty selection of Main Courses awaits, featuring Nasi Hujan Panas, Kambing Masak Merah, Udang Lemak Cili Padi, and Patin Tempoyak—a true feast for the senses. Complementing traditional mouthwatering flavors such as Sup Buntot Sapi and Bubur Lambok.
Live Stalls & Specialties
Warisan Serumpun takes the dining experience to the next level with live cooking stations, including the Canai Corner, serving fresh Roti Canai, Murtabak, and Roti Jala with delectable dips. The Goreng-Goreng stall tempts with golden-brown bites such as Karipap, Pisang Goreng, and Cucur, while the Pencolek stall features the tangy delights of Rojak Buah and Sotong Kangkong.
The excitement continues at the LIVE BBQ, offering a flavorful selection of Mixed Satay with Condiments, Ikan Bakar with Air Asam, Ayam Golek Percik, and Kambing Bakar. For Pasta enthusiasts, the Live Pasta corner serves delicious Spaghetti and Spiral Pasta paired with rich Bolognaise and Carbonara sauces, ensuring various options to please every palate.
Sweet Endings & Refreshing Beverages
No meal is complete without dessert, and Warisan Serumpun delivers a variety of traditional sweets, including Aneka Kuih Melayu, Puding Gula Hangus, and Bubur Jagung. The Manisan Stall features local favorites such as Air Batu Campur, Cendol, and Ice Cream, while the Beverage Corner serves up a row of crowd-pleasers like Teh Tarik, Milo Tarik, and fresh fruit juices.
The Warisan Serumpun Buffet Dinner is available daily from 5 March 2025 until 28 March 2025, from 6.30 pm until 10.30 pm. The buffet spread is priced at RM138nett per adult. Children aged 5 to 12 years old and Senior Citizens above 60 years old will enjoy a special rate of RM88nett per person.
