Under the culinary mastery of Chef Azhar Wahid, the "Jom Makan Makan" dinner buffet promises an authentic experience with a local touch. Chef Azhar Wahid has meticulously curated a menu that showcases the best of Malaysian national food, with each dish prepared to perfection.

The buffet spread is a true representation of Malaysia's culinary diversity, featuring specialties from each state. "Rasa Serantau" (Flavours of the Region) is the theme that ties it all together, offering a delightful exploration of 14 states' local cuisines.

Chef Azhar Wahid's culinary expertise takes centre stage with the "Sup Pak Hamid," a dish that encapsulates the essence of Malaysian cuisine. The combination of local and Indian spices infuses the beef broth, creating a robust and flavourful soup that promises to be a highlight of the Ramadan buffet.

Adding to the gastronomic delights is the "Kambing Bergolek Golek," a succulent lamb dish that undergoes a 24- hour deep marination process with more than 15 carefully selected ingredients. Grilled to perfection, the result is an exquisite blend of tenderness and flavor that is sure to leave diners craving for more.

For a refreshing and unique taste experience, the "Kerabu Limau Bali" takes center stage. This innovative dish combines Kelantanese and modern flavors, toasted together with pomelo – a Chinese New Year staple that adds a citrusy twist to the buffet.

Completing the lineup is the "Sambal Jawa Kak Ton," a generation recipe from Chef Azhar Wahid's mother, Maknonah. This sambal offers a delightful balance of spice and sweetness, showcasing the culinary heritage passed down through generations.

For those who book their seats early, the "Jom Makan Makan" Ramadan buffet is available at an exclusive early bird rate of RM98.00+ for adults, applicable until February 29, 2024.
