This year’s ‘Citarasa Nusantara Buffet Celebration’ at Palm Garden Golf Club (PGGC) showcases a menu that is not to be missed.
Chef Radzi and his team have prepared a melting pot of local delicacies that are signature favourites that promises “something for everybody”.
Held from 27th March till 20th April, 2023, PGGC’s buffet celebration showcases more than 50 food items, with at least eight main dishes rotated on a daily basis.
Opened to the public, the Citarasa Nusantara features traditional favourites like delicious Kambing Bakar, Murtabak Jawa and Ayam, Satay Ayam & Daging, Lemang and Satay, Char Kuay Teow and Char Kway Kak.
Featured in the buffet line-up are two types of signature “kawah” items each day. Some of the “kawah” highlights this year are Gulai Ekor Lembu, Gulai Ikan Salai, Gulai Daging Tetel, Gulai Itik Salai, Gulai Telur Ikan, Gulai Udang and Gulai Ikan Patin, to name a few.
Some of the dessert line highlights include Kuih Melayu, Tapai Ubi & Pulut, Cakes, Cendol, Pulut Hitam and many more.
Muslim golfers who plan to break their fast after golf will be entitled to a discount of 30% per pax for the buffet when they present their golf receipts on the same day. This offer is available to non-Muslim golfers as well.
