Hi Everyone,
Smartwatches are continuing to be on the rise, with most leading vendors already exploring and operating this wearable electronic device segment due to its convenience, simplicity and ease of use. vivo (one of the largest technology players in the world), is not leaving behind this trend and is geared to step into the highly competitive wearables segment, hoping to come up with their collection of smartwatches in years to come.
Earlier this year, vivo registered the trademark of “vivo watch” with the European Trademark Office (EUIPO), which was then approved and subsequently passed the national 3C certification – hinting that the first vivo smartwatch may be available globally soon. According to the 3C certification, vivo smartwatch supports audio playback and 5W battery charge. However, the full specifications and launch date have yet to be confirmed as soon as vivo makes its official announcement on the device.
On the other hand, vivo has recently unveiled its latest high-end flagship X50 series along with the vivo TWS Neo earphones, successfully launched in China which also hinted on the roll-out of the X50 series globally in the second half of 2020.
This marks a momentous occasion for Malaysia as this means that Malaysians can also be expecting a more affordable variant in vivo TWS Neo earphones which is coming soon as compared to the company’s TWS Earphone from the previous year.
