PIZZA HUT MALAYSIA DOES THE ULTIMATE “THROWBACK” BY BRINGING BACK ITS SOUP AND SALAD STATION.

Pizza Hut Malaysia is bringing back the iconic Salad and Soup Station for a limited-time.

The offering which was launched on the 2nd – 3rd March will happen again on the 8th - 10th March, 2024 and comes after the recent relocation of the Ipoh Garden outlet. Malaysians who encountered the shuttered outlet took to social media to share their personal experiences at the outlet which then sparked a wave of nostalgia among customers reminiscing about the salad and soup station.

Oligo Mara Bersama Pocket Rocketman Demi Harapan Emas Olimpik Negara

Oligo, minuman malt coklat yang enak dan berkhasiat keluaran syarikat Power Root Berhad, akan berganding bahu dengan jaguh berbasikal trek negara Dato’ Azizulhasni Awang untuk memacu impian pingat emas pertama Sukan Olimpik bagi Malaysia.


Dato’ Azizulhasni, yang dikenali dengan nama jolokan Pocket Rocketman, dilantik sebagai duta jenama Oligo kerana semangat juang beliau yang tidak pernah luntur dalam sukan berbasikal trek pecut. Semangat yang ditunjukkan beliau mewakili komitmen yang sama Oligo dalam memberikan tenaga dan zat-zat kepada para penggunanya.

Sejajar dengan slogan Oligo, iaitu “Aktifkan Potensi Anda”, kami ingin melihat Pocket Rocketman memaksimumkan kehebatan beliau semasa pertandingan dengan Oligo yang diperkayakan NutriMax.

“Dato’ Azizulhasni ialah seorang atlet negara yang kental. Beliau sentiasa bergerak ke hadapan. Setelah mendapat pingat gangsa ketika Sukan Olimpik di Rio de Janeiro pada tahun 2016, beliau terus berusaha sehingga berjaya merangkul pingat perak pula di Sukan Olimpik Tokyo pada tahun 2020.”

Pengerusi Bersama Power Root, Y.A.D Tengku Dato’ Setia Putra Alhaj bin Tengku Azman Shah Alhaj (2nd Kanan) menyerahkan cek untuk Tabung Kemanusiaan Palestin Media Prima kepada Pengurus Besar Kumpulan Media Prima, Azlan Abdul Aziz (Kanan) pada Majlis Pelancaran Minuman Oligo serta perlantikan Datuk Azizulhasni Awang (2nd Kiri) sebagai Duta Oligo. Turut serta Pengerusi Bersama kumpulan Power Root, Dato' Afifuddin bin Abdul Kadir (Kiri).

Selain itu, syarikat Power Root turut menderma sebanyak RM250 ribu kepada Tabung Kemanusiaan Palestin Media Prima untuk memberikan bantuan kewangan dan meningkatkan kesedaran masyarakat tentang isu kemanusiaan di Gaza.

Untuk bulan-bulan yang seterusnya, jenama Oligo juga akan terus menyokong inisiatif ini dengan menyumbangkan 50 sen untuk setiap pembelian produk Oligo dalam bentuk serbuk dan 10 sen bagi setiap pembelian produk Oligo sedia diminum.

“Melalui kerjasama ini, syarikat kami berharap untuk menyalurkan bantuan kepada penduduk-penduduk Gaza dan sekali gus menyatakan solidariti kami bersama mereka,” kata Tengku Dato’ Setia Putra Alhaj.

Melalui gandingan Dato’ Azizulhasni dengan Oligo, syarikat Power Root berharap ia akan memberikan inspirasi kepada rakyat Malaysia untuk mengejar kecemerlangan, mempunyai kecekalan, serta mengamalkan gaya hidup yang sihat.

Menurut Tengku Dato’ Setia Putra Alhaj, “Dato’ Azizulhasni ialah atlet yang terbaik untuk mempamerkan imej yang Oligo ingin sampaikan kepada masyarakat Malaysia. Dalam mengejar kejayaan, Dato’ Azizulhasni terkenal dengan sikap tidak mengaku kalah walaupun beliau terpaksa berdepan dengan pelbagai cabaran yang getir.”

Pihak media pernah melaporkan bahawa beliau meneruskan kayuhan meskipun betisnya tertusuk serpihan kayu semasa bertanding acara keirin pada Siri Piala Dunia Klasik UCI (International Cycle Union) di Manchester, England pada Februari 2011. Dengan azam kuat, beliau akhirnya berjaya menamatkan pertandingan di tempat yang ketiga.

Ketika Sukan Olimpik di Tokyo pada tahun 2020 pula, Dato’ Azizulhasni menyatakan bahawa beliau tidak pernah gentar dan bimbang walaupun saiz fizikalnya lebih kecil berbanding pelumba-pelumba lain.

Untuk meraikan kehebatan beliau sebagai jaguh dunia, Oligo akan memperkenalkan bungkusan baru yang memaparkan Dato’ Azizulhasni.
