Hilton Petaling Jaya proudly presents ‘Sajian Ramadan di Hujung Kampung’ this Ramadan with an extensive celebratory menu featuring themed buffets, sahur buffet at Paya Serai and more.
This buffet dinner is part of the nationwide ‘Citarasa Serantau’ campaign by Hilton hotels in Malaysia. Inspired by Malaysia’s unique cultural tapestry and culinary heritage, this year’s theme calls for all foodies to explore the iconic flavours of Malaysia and beyond. Citarasa Serantau which means flavours or taste from the region, not only highlights local favourites but also dishes from our neighboring countries like Indonesia and Thailand. Malaysia stands out as the centre of diversity in Asia and Citarasa Serantau at Hilton, is a testament to that.
Paya Serai, an iconic outlet of the hotel, will feature a variety of its signature dishes and more than 10 action stalls that promises a feast for the senses. The buffet menus are also kept on a weekly rotation to give diners a fresh experience every time.
The outlet offers an enhanced dining experience for diners and features a wide array of premium signature dishes such as Sup Gear Box, Kambing Golek on Mandy Rice, Ayam Guling Panggang Berempah dengan Nasi Briyani, Rusuk Lembu Direneh dengan Assam Pedas, Gulai kawah Daging dengan Umbut Pisang, Ikan Sembilang Salai Masak Lemak Cili Padi, Daging Bakar dengan Air Assam Utara, Ikan Merah Seekor Bakar Sambal Petai, Soup Ketam Nipah dengan Lada Hitam, Bubur Lambuk Special dengan Ekor Lembu and Nasi Kandar Lauk Kawah Berlima.
These signature dishes are not only crowd favourites but have been put together carefully to bring that nostalgic moment one has had in his or her kampung as part of the dining experience at Paya Serai. In addition, the newly launched Paya Serai Private Rooms are ideal for small family gatherings and business entertainments that promise privacy and comfort for both formal and social events. Guests who book the private dining rooms as part of their Ramadan buffet experience at Paya Serai will enjoy add-on perks and are able to enjoy Paya Serai’s special Talam menus handcrafted by Chef Ridzuan Malek, Executive Chef of Hilton Petaling Jaya for only RM268 nett per adult and RM 138 nett per child.
The Talam sets feature six appetizers eight main courses and desserts. Guests can enjoy signature Kambing Bakar Special Bersama Sos Lada Hitam, Satay Ayam dan Daging, Daging Salai Masak Lemak Cili Padi, Siput Sedut Masak Pedas ,Udang Masak Mentega, Slipper Lobster Rendang and more.
For those who wants a change of flavour for break-fast, Genji serves special bentos at a price of RM399 for 2 which includes, Malay Kuih, Ebi Furai, Unagi Kabayaki, Wagyu Enoki Aspara Roll Teri, Yasai Itame, Salmon Potato Roll, Serunding Uramaki and Oso Maki. Genji also serves another set of bento consist of Malay Kuih, Prawn Teppanyaki, Cod Teppanyaki, Wagyu Enoki Aspara Roll Tepp, Assorted Mushrooms, Scallop Teppanyaki and Chicken Teppanyaki.
