Di majlis pelancaran yang dirasmikan oleh Y.Bhg. Dato' Dr. Haji Amirudin Bin Abdul Wahab, Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Cybersecurity Malaysia, pihak CTOS Data Systems Sdn Bhd (CTOS), iaitu agensi pelaporan agensi kredit terkemuka di Malaysia, memperkenalkan perkhidmatan itu kepada khalayak umum pada hari ini. 

Pengguna yang melanggani perkhidmatan ini akan dimaklumkan jika berlaku sebarang perubahan profil  kredit mereka sepertl misalnya permohonan kredit baharu, bayaran yang tertinggal, perubahan had kredit, penutupan kemudahan kredit, kemuflisan, kes litigasi dan juga amaran jika ditemui butiran peribadi dalam 'dark web'.

Dengan adanya semua ciri ini pengguna menjadi lebih proaktif supaya berwaspada dalam menjaga identiti mereka dan menguruskan kesihatan kredit masing-masing. 

"Melihat banyak sekali berlakunya pelanggaran data bukan sahaja di Malaysia, bahkan seluruh dunia, dan rneningkatnya transaksi dalam talian dan jejak digital di media sosial menggunakan berbilang platform. maka pencurian identiti dan data kita boleh terjadi melalui berbagai-bagai cara," tegas Dennis Martin, Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Kumpulan CTOS. 

"Dalam enam bulan pertama sahaja tahun 2019, kebocoran sebanyak 4.1 billion rekod peribadi di seluruh dunia telah berlaku akibat pelanggaran data. Banyak anasir jenayah menggunakan 'dark web' untuk urusan jual beli data orang ramai, jadi dengan alat pemantau baharu kami ini dapat memberi peringatan kepada pengguna jika maklumat peribadi dikesan dalam 'dark web'. Selain itu, perlindungan takaful yang turut disediakan memberi ketenangan fikiran seandainya anda menjadi mangsa penipuan dan pencurian."

Vivo has recently announced to launch its third-generation smartphone under the sub-brand, IQOO. At the recent vivo annual meeting, Shen Wei, the founder of vivo has delivered a speech – “The Original Intention of vivo”. On Vivo’s Perspective: How Does 5G Technology Make A Change?

While a new generation of wireless connectivity hits the market every couple of years, experts claim the move to the5G network will be unlike any speed and performance the world has ever seen. The fifth-generation cellular system will nearly eliminate lag times to make real-time functionality and seamless connectivity a reality.

To align with the government’s prospect to fully adopt 5G by the year 2023, several businesses and corporations have already been looking into 5G since 2017, with companies already looking into collaborations with one another to set up 5G. 

Despite how our Malaysian Government has been publicising on the benefits of 5G roll-out in Malaysia on economy, infrastructure and community as a whole, the effectiveness of 5G is still being questioned by the general public which begs the question: How will 5G technology make a difference in our community, and do have the substantial resources in order to utilise 5G to its full potential? 

As one of the leading Chinese smartphone manufacturers in the world, vivo has started its 5G technology research and development hub in Beijing since 2016. On top of vivo’s perspectives, there are four crucial improvements on how the roll-out of 5G infrastructure can boost the community in terms of effectiveness and productivity. 

1. Speed Enhancement

With the enhancement of 5G’s transmission performance, it multiplies by 5-10 times as compared to 4G networks, which increases the network speed for general users. As the5G base station supports Massive Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) features, a wireless network that allows transmitting and receiving of more than one data signal simultaneously over the same radio channel. That said, such an increase in speed will transform the quality and forms of content we consume on smartphones and ultimately influence all industries.

2. Connection Enhancement

The huge increased capacity brought by 5G networks make room for a million devices per square kilometer, while 4G supports only up to 100,000 devices per square kilometer.These devices are not limited to smartphones, but include smart home gadgets, monitoring equipment, IoT devices etc. This will accelerate the adoption pace of “Internet of Things”, “smart home”, “smart community”, “smart factories” and even “smart cities”. Vivo sees smartphones as a channel that connects human beings and the universe. Once 5G network is widely applied to our daily lives, the capacity of this “channel” will increase significantly.

3. Data Enhancement

Telecom tariffs could be greatly reduced when 5G becomesmature. As a result, various services that were notaccessible previously due to high tariff charges will soon be more readily available. For instance, in the early 4G era, short-form video applications were not available. However, these applications have widely popularised after the huge reduction of 4G tariff cost. In the future, with the same amount of communication cost, we could get 10 or 20 times more or unlimited high-speed internet data – transforming our way to better utilise the Internet. 

4. Latency Enhancement

Having the ultra-reliable low-latency communication (URLLC) of 5G network, signals that previously require a specialised channel to transmit can now be supported by 5G to offer a faster, more reliable, longer-distance and lower-latency transmission, in which every 10 seconds of latency reduction will make a huge improvement in the application experience. With this feature, we will be able to remotely control our appliances and cloud computing by using 5G network.

Kak lily akan kerap kongsikan artikel daripada Hello Doktor untuk bacaan santai korang. Sebab kak lily rasa ianya bagus untuk kita mengambil tahu mengenai kesihatan kita.

Apabila bercakap mengenai kos, perkara pertama yang terlintas di kepala pastilah soal duit atau wang. Begitu juga dengan kos perubatan penyakit. Ia tidak lari daripada isu “beban kewangan” yang perlu ditanggung.

Mungkin ada yang kata, tidak perlu risau kerana mereka boleh mendapatkan rawatan bagi penyakit-penyakit yang dialami secara percuma daripada klinik-klinik atau hospital-hospital milik kerajaan. Tunggu sebentar!

Adakah anda pasti bahawa kesemua rawatan boleh diperoleh secara percuma di fasiliti kesihatan milik kerajaan? 

Lihat apa yang kami sediakan di bawah ini.

Ada sesetengah rawatan sememangnya percuma atau hampir percuma di fasiliti kesihatan milik kerajaan, tetapi tidak semuanya begitu.

Malah ada juga kos rawatan yang anda masih perlu bayar ribuan ringgit walaupun telah disubsidi oleh kerajaan Malaysia. Apatah lagi jika anda mendapatkan rawatan di fasiliti milik swasta yang kadarnya boleh mencecah sehingga jutaan ringgit.

Kos perubatan tambahan yang juga perlu korang bayar

Perlu diingat bahawa kos perubatan yang dinyatakan seperti di atas hanyalah untuk kos servis rawatan semata-mata. Anda masih perlu membayar kos-kos berkaitan yang lain seperti yuran konsultasi, yuran pendaftaran, caj harian wad, bayaran X-ray, ujian darah dan lain-lain lagi.

Jika di hospital kerajaan, anda hanya perlu membayar RM1 bagi yuran konsultasi, tetapi anda perlu membayar antara RM30 hingga RM250 bagi perkhidmatan yang sama di hospital swasta.

Bagi yuran pendaftaran kemasukan ke hospital, anda hanya perlu membayar antara RM15 hingga RM35 bagi kemasukan di hospital kerajaan.

Manakala jika di hospital swasta, anda perlu membayar yuran kemasukan antara RM500 hingga RM2,000, atau 6% hingga 10% daripada kos keseluruhan pembedahan anda. 

Jika anda perlu ditahan di wad hospital kerajaan, anda perlu membayar caj bilik wad antara RM3 hingga RM120 sehari bergantung kepada kelas wad tersebut.

Manakala di hospital swasta, kadar yang perlu dibayar adalah antara RM80 hingga RM300 sehari, juga bergantung kepada kelas wad tertentu. Selain itu, ujian-ujian lain seperti X-Ray, ultrasound, ujian darah, CT scan dan MRI juga perlu dibayar dengan caj yang pastinya amat berbeza antara hospital kerajaan dan juga swasta.

Peningkatan kos rawatan di Malaysia selepas 10 tahun

Jadual kedua menunjukkan kos rawatan antara 5 kanser utama di Malaysia, dengan anggaran peningkatan pada 10 tahun akan datang. Jelas di sini dapat dilihat peningkatan lebih daripada 10%.

Walaupun contoh yang diberikan adalah anggaran kos daripada hospital swasta, anggaran kos rawatan di hospital kerajaan juga berkemungkinan meningkat walaupun tidak setinggi kos di fasiliti swasta.

Kebanyakan peningkatan kos rawatan yang dijangkakan berlaku selepas 10 tahun ini berjumlah sehingga 3 kali ganda.

Mengapa kos rawatan perubatan ini meningkat? Perkara yang paling utama adalah disebabkan oleh trend perubatan terkini dan pembangunan kaedah dan rawatan yang lebih moden.

Selain itu, terdapatnya peningkatan permintaan terhadap perkhidmatan perubatan seiring dengan peningkatan populasi penduduk.

Begitu juga dengan peningkatan kadar penyakit yang berkaitan dengan gaya hidup yang tidak sihat yang menyebabkan lebih ramai individu mendapatkan rawatan perubatan.

Peningkatan kos rawatan di Malaysia dijangkakan berlaku antara 10 hingga 15 peratus setiap tahun. Ia mungkin tidak disedari kerana kebanyakan peningkatan ini berlaku di sektor perubatan swasta, manakala di sektor perubatan awam, ia telah disubsidikan oleh kerajaan dan peningkatan yang berlaku adalah sangat minimum.

Mengapa terdapatnya perbezaan kos yang begitu besar antara hospital kerajaan dan swasta?

Anda pasti tahu mengapa servis rawatan di hospital kerajaan adalah lebih murah. Ya, kerana ia telah disubsidi oleh Kerajaan Malaysia.

Walau bagaimanapun, anda juga perlu tahu kos rawatan di hospital swasta lebih mahal kerana pada kebiasaannya, mereka menyediakan servis perkhidmatan dengan kualiti yang lebih baik. Tetapi ia tidak bermaksud bahawa rawatan perubatan di hospital kerajaan adalah kurang bagus.

Terdapat dua perbezaan yang paling jelas antara hospital kerajaan dan juga swasta iaitu, penjagaan pesakit dan pelawat serta waktu menunggu untuk mendapatkan rawatan.

Selain itu, jika anda berkunjung ke hospital atau pusat perubatan swasta, anda boleh melihat kepada persekitaran yang lebih selesa dan mewah, pilihan makanan yang lebih enak dan berkualiti tinggi selain jenis ubat-ubatan yang digunakan.

Anda juga boleh mendapatkan bilik peribadi yang lebih privasi dan selesa. Walaupun perkhidmatan yang disediakan di hospital kerajaan tidak semewah seperti di hospital swasta, kualiti servis rawatan yang diberikan sebenarnya adalah sama tinggi.

Hanya disebabkan caj yang lebih murah dan berpatutan, ramai yang lebih gemar ke hospital milik kerajaan berbanding swasta melainkan anda dilindungi dengan insurans perubatan.

Apakah langkah yang boleh korang ambil bagi mengurangkan tanggungan kos perubatan dan rawatan kesihatan?

Pertama, amalkan gaya hidup sihat. 

Ia kedengaran amat mudah, tetapi ramai yang masih kurang memberikan perhatian terhadap perkara ini. Gaya hidup yang sihat bukan sahaja memberikan fizikal dan mental yang sihat, malah ia menjauhkan diri anda daripada risiko untuk mendapat penyakit-penyakit kronik. 

Kedua, dapatkan kad perubatan atau polisi insurans kesihatan daripada penyedia-penyedia insurans. Kad perubatan membantu anda untuk mendapatkan rawatan tanpa perlu menunggu lama di hospital swasta.

Selain itu, ia juga membantu menyediakan liputan yang mencukupi bagi sebarang rawatan yang memakan kos yang besar pada masa sekarang atau pada masa akan datang.

Ketiga, gunakan kemudahan atau manfaat kesihatan yang disediakan oleh majikan atau syarikat tempat anda bekerja.

Sesetengah majikan bukan sahaja menyediakan liputan perlindungan perubatan kepada pekerja mereka sahaja, malah kepada ahli keluarga terdekat pekerja tersebut. Rujuk kepada pengurusan syarikat anda untuk mengetahuinya dengan lebih lanjut.

Kesimpulan

Masih ramai di antara kita yang mengabaikan konsep gaya hidup sihat dalam kehidupan seharian selain tidak mengambil mana-mana polisi insurans perubatan.

Kedua-dua ini sangat membantu diri anda dalam mengurangkan tanggungan kos perubatan dan juga risiko untuk mengalami penyakit-penyakit kronik. Kita pasti tidak mampu untuk menyediakan sejumlah wang yang begitu besar dalam masa yang singkat untuk membayar kos rawatan di hospital.

Oleh itu, sediakanlah payung sebelum hujan. Janganlah sudah terhantuk, baru tengadah.
