Buka Puasa Bersama Zespri KIWI Green Dan Zespri SunGold

Hi Korang,

Puasa ermm kalau tak betul-betul memang tak tahan kan, tapi sebab dah biasa so tak delah terasa lapar sangat. Cuma tenaga tu jelah yang berkurangan, mana taknya buka puasa makan memacam menda yang ala-ala berminyak, berlemak bagai akibatnya badan jadi lesu lah bila hari esoknya. 


So kita kenalah makan makanan tambahan macam supplement ke vitamin ke kan, tapi orang cam aku manalah makan ubat-ubat farmasi ni. Jadi alternatif lain aku cuba amalkan makan buah-buahan sebab buah mengandungi fiber dan gula semulajadi so memang menyihatkan.

Meh sini aku nak kongsikan dengan korang beberapa fakta menarik tentang buah KIWI Green dan SunGold keluaran Zespri ni dalam english ek huhuhuhu bulan puasa ni nak translate pun jadi malas sebab tak makan buah kiwi lagi hehehhe.
