Spend a Christmas Eve and Christmas Day of indulgence at the first Tribute Portfolio Hotel in Malaysia with our Festive Buffet Dinners available on 24th and 25th December 2022. It’s the perfect time to spend with family and friends over a cosy dinner with Saddle of Lamb, Roast Striploin and Roast Chicken with all the trimmings.
Tuck into the spread of Seafood on Ice with New Zealand Oysters, Half Shell Mussels and Flower Crabs. Seafood Jambalaya is the rice dish for the day to go with other delicious mains such as Herb Crusted Salmon Fillets, Asparagus Rolls with Chicken Lyoner, Wok fried Large Chili Prawns, Chicken Picatta Milanese and more. Festive Buffet Dinner on 24th and 25th December 2022 is priced at RM168.00nett per adult and RM84.00nett per child (5 – 12 years old).
On the day after Christmas, you can also spend an easy going afternoon with Festive Hi-Tea on 25th December 2022 at Palms Café. Lighter than dinner the night before, Chef and his team serves up an assortment of Platters with Smoked tenggiri and salmon with vegetable confit; Roast beef with baked brinjals and grilled shallots and Baked chicken ballotine in puff pastry with creamy spinach stuffing.
There will be the sandwich counter with a variety of breads for you to fix your own just the way you like it. For mains there are Roast Chicken with all the trimmings, Chicken Boxing, Thai Pineapple Fried Rice, Saute Tiger prawns in Chinese Pepper Sauce and lots more. Desserts are the highlight of any hi-tea with Christmas fruit cakes and cookies, Puddings, French Pastries, Apple Pies and the list goes on.
There will be a similar buffet served for New Year’s Day Hi-Tea on 1 January 2023 as we welcome the brand new year with cheer and good eats. Festive Buffet Hi-Teas are priced at RM148.00nett per adult and RM74.00nett per child.
